Our award-winning platform allows you to perform data analysis and visualization easily. It has become an integral tool in many national laboratories, universities, and commercial settings. It can run on anything from supercomputers to analyze exascale datasets to laptops for smaller-sized data. ParaView 5.11.0 is the latest version to download.
Pictured at right and above: Dr. Florian Kronast and fellow scientists with the BESSYII synchrotron at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin. Dr. Kronast has written Igor software to control every aspect of the X-ray photoemission electron microscope, and added "on-the-fly" data analysis as well. (Click the image for a larger view.)
Over 500,000 registered users across corporations, universities and government research labs worldwide, rely on Origin to import, graph, explore, analyze and interpret their data. With a point-and-click interface and tools for batch operations, Origin helps them optimize their daily workflow. Browse the sections below to learn more.
The software includes tools to publish reports with flexible data output formats. Data can be viewed in a lab notebook layout, saved as a PDF file, exported to an Excel file or to XML for LIMS integration.
IBM SPSS Statistics is a powerful statistical software platform. It offers a user-friendly interface and a robust set of features that lets your organization quickly extract actionable insights from your data. Advanced statistical procedures help ensure high accuracy and quality decision making. All facets of the analytics lifecycle are included, from data preparation and management to analysis and reporting.
The Surrogate Safety Assessment Model (SSAM) is a software application developed to automatically identify, classify, and evaluate traffic conflicts in the vehicle trajectory data output from microscopic traffic simulation models. The SSAM also has built-in statistical analysis features for conflict frequency and severity measures that can aid analysts in the design of safe traffic facilities.
Conflict studies traditionally use personnel trained to identify and record conflicts observed at an intersection. In this research, the SSAM software application was developed to automate conflict analysis by directly processing vehicle trajectory data. Researchers specified an open-standard "universal" vehicle trajectory data format designed to provide the location and dimensions of each vehicle approximately every 10th of a second. It is hoped that video processing technology will, in the coming years, be capable of automatically extracting vehicle trajectory data adequate for SSAM processing.

SPEDAS is a general-purpose software framework and Graphical User Interface(GUI), which were formerly components of TDAS, but which we now considera separate software product. TDAS now denotes only the THEMIS-specificcomponents, that now exist as a plugin to SPEDAS. SPEDAS includes codeadapted fromNASA's CDAweband can download data from dozens of NASA space missions.
TDAS+SPEDAS is a Data Analysis Software Suite. It consists of IDL routines which read data in CDFformat,as well as other less refined data sets. IDL routines can be used to download, open, analyze, and plot scientific data. For THEMIS, it can download Level 1 (L1)and Level 2 (L2) data quantities and also transform L1 datainto L2 data. L1 data is raw, uncalibrated data in CDF format. L2 data is calibrated in physicalunits. These IDLroutines were derived from those used by the Cluster, Wind, Polar, and FASTmissions. In addition to command line invoked IDL routines, the software provides a graphical userinterface (GUI) foropening, analyzing, and plotting data. This interface was designed to facilitate use of the mostuseful IDL routines.
Agilent Seahorse Wave Desktop software transforms complex cellular metabolism data into publishable results. Wave desktop is the assay design, data analysis, and file management software for all Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers. The latest release of Wave Desktop provides new analysis capabilities in a redesigned interface that will streamline your XF workflow, regardless of your experience level. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
The public data archive includes more than thirty years of historical imagery and scientific datasets, updated and expanded daily. It contains over forty petabytes of geospatial data instantly available for analysis.
KNIME Analytics Platform is an open source software with an intuitive, visual interface that lets you build analyses of any complexity level. Access, blend, analyze, and visualize data, without any coding, or integrate your favorite tools and libraries as needed.
KNIME Hub is the commercial software for collaborating and scaling data science, offered online as KNIME Community Hub, or installed into a company's private infrastructure as KNIME Business Hub. KNIME Hub provides a single environment for users across different expertises to work together.
SeaDAS is a comprehensive software package for the processing, display, analysis, and quality control of ocean color data. While the primary focus of SeaDAS is ocean color data, it is applicable to many satellite-based earth science data analyses. Originally developed to support the SeaWiFS mission, it now supports most U.S. and international ocean color missions.
All in one software package for the data processing of nmr spectra, mass spectrometry spectra and uv/vis spectra across multiple instrument brand types.researchers can analyse their raw data files and process them into publication ready formats at home or university instead of data processing from single computer connected to instrument.
XLSTAT is a powerful yet flexible Excel data analysis add-on that allows 150,000+ users in over 120 countries across the world to analyze, customize, and share results within Microsoft Excel. When are you joining us?
QDA Miner Lite is a free and easy-to-use version of our popular computer-assisted qualitative analysis software. It can be used for the analysis of textual data such as interview and news transcripts, open-ended responses, etc. as well as for the analysis of still images. It offers basic CAQDAS features such as:
A developer's manual is also available in various formats. Developers of software designed to interoperate with PSPP or SPSS will find this manual's appendices particularly valuable, because they specify the data file formats in great detail.
The development of modern high-throughput instrumentation and improved core facility infrastructures leads to an accumulation of large amounts of scientific data. However, for a majority of scientists the comprehensive analysis and visualization of their data goes beyond their expertise. To reduce this hurdle, we developed a software suite called Instant Clue that helps scientists to visually analyze data and to gain insights into biological processes from their high-dimensional dataset. Instant Clue combines the power of visual and statistical analytics using a straight forward drag & drop approach making the software highly intuitive. Additionally, it offers a comprehensive portfolio of statistical tools for systematic analysis such as dimensional reduction, (un)-supervised learning, clustering, multi-block (omics) integration and curve fitting. Charts can be combined with high flexibility into a main figure template for direct usage in scientific publications. Even though Instant Clue was developed with the omics-sciences in mind, users can analyze any kind of data from low to high dimensional data sets. The open-source software is available for Windows and Mac OS ( -koeln.de) and is accompanied by a detailed video tutorial series. 2ff7e9595c
